To ensure our customers receive the highest level of security, performance, and compatibility with the latest data environments, we are announcing the End of Free Support (EOFS) and Support Timeline for older versions of QODBC.
Moving forward, our support resources – including free email/forum assistance and paid phone support – will be focused on our latest subscription-based models.
Support Timeline Overview
Please review the dates below to see how your current license is affected. Once the support date has passed, technical assistance for these versions will no longer be available.

We understand that your QODBC performance is tied to your QuickBooks environment. If you are currently utilizing QuickBooks 2023 or lower, please note the following:
- Optional Update: You may choose to update your QuickBooks software to QuickBooks 2024 (available via one-time perpetual license or subscription).
- Flexibility: While upgrading QODBC to the 2024 license is required for continued support, upgrading your QuickBooks software to 2024 remains optional. QODBC 2024 is designed to remain compatible with older versions of QuickBooks while providing you with a supported driver.
