Moving forward, our support resources – including free email/forum assistance and paid phone support – will be focused on our latest subscription-based models.

Support Timeline Overview

Please review the dates below to see how your current license is affected. Once the support date has passed, technical assistance for these versions will no longer be available.

QODBC License	End of Support Date
QODBC Desktop 2022 and below	June 30, 2026
QODBC Desktop 2023	December 31, 2026
QODBC POS	3 Years from Purchase Date

Note for POS Users: Any QODBC POS license purchased three years or more prior to the current date is now considered “End of Free Support.”

Maintaining Your Support Access

To continue receiving technical assistance, customers must transition to the new QODBC 2024 Subscription Model.

Upgrading to the QODBC 2024 license ensures:

Continued Access: Eligibility for free email and forum support.
Phone Support: The ability to purchase on-demand phone assistance.
Stability: Full compatibility with modern operating systems and the latest accounting data structures.

We understand that your QODBC performance is tied to your QuickBooks environment. If you are currently utilizing QuickBooks 2023 or lower, please note the following:

Optional Update: You may choose to update your QuickBooks software to QuickBooks 2024 (available via one-time perpetual license or subscription).

Flexibility: While upgrading QODBC to the 2024 license is required for continued support, upgrading your QuickBooks software to 2024 remains optional. QODBC 2024 is designed to remain compatible with older versions of QuickBooks while providing you with a supported driver.
